Data Plate Assistance

Newbie has most of it figured out based on the great prior posts here. Couple of things.

After the "D" color is a designation "18-E". Not sure what that is.

The production code appears to be" 3112 -c" not sure how to decode that

The DSO has a designation of "**" (two stars). Any thoughts?

It is a F10V6A, so a 1956, 272, 2 barrel built in Georgia, light blue in color based on reviewing the material here in the site.

All help appreciated. Trying to learn as fast as I can and read as much on the site to keep the stupid questions to a minimum!

The 18 E is the production date, May 18, 1956. The answer to the rest of the production code is lost to time. The 2 stars at the DSO indicate there's no special order associated with the truck. It's just a regular old truck.
