frame question

so my frame has a couple rot holes and its pretty bent. i want to just find another frame to sandbalst and paint and then move everything over, bbecause the body on my truck is near perfect. i was wondering thoughts on this, as far as how hard frame is going to be to find, what years would work for mine, could i make other years work ect. my truck is a 79 f250,
thanks -steve

One frame does not fit all: 1979 F250 Regular, Super or Crew Cab? 2WD or 4WD?

If you actually do a frame swap, be sure to get a good title to go with the frame. In most states the VIN that's stamped on the frame is the "legal" VIN and the one needed for title purposes (get the warranty plate too).
