Please make sticky: Air Intake Info

Since there seems to be everyone getting upset about repetitive intake threads how bout a thread with just air intake info.

I looked at the stickies and did not see one.

Please post what intake your running and your opinion of it.
Install issues
Durability of filter
Intake noise good or bad
Quality of product

Please keep on topic and if the info is good throw it in the tech section. Will help newbies to have a quick easy thread of opinions and noise differences.

Thanks.

This has been discussed a million times. A search will also work. Just stay away from k& n. If your stock leave the stock filter on. If your tuned, think about an intake

I know its been discussed. But there is no sticky. So post up what your opinion is on your particular one you run.

Newbies don't always realize the search function. If there is a sticky they will read it first hence the read first section. It will greatly reduce the "the what kind of intake" thread.

It works in other forums it'll work here. Do the same with tuners and exhaust. Constructive conversations on each subject will greatly help a new guy looking for answers.

I agree but if you dont see the 5 intake discussions on this page they wont look at a sticky either. I wasnt saying dont do it just responding. Send a pm to maxium or tim (moderators) about this suggestion.

Each intake is great. Stay away from the typical gasser favorites such as K&N. Anyone of the true diesel brands will work. H&S, aFe, Volant, Banks, S&B. All good. It's that simple.
