I have a ZF-S5-42 out of a 95 F-350 Powerstroke for sale. It is mated to a Borg Warner 1356 Transfer case that goes with it, unless the buyer does not want the transfer case, in which the transmission can be had for $600. Not included is the clutch, pressure plate, or transfer case shifter linkage (it was missing from the truck). For an additional $200 (for a total of $1,000) I will include all the necessary parts to complete a 4x4 swap. I have the shifter, the boot, the floor pan with the hole in it, the pedal box, the clutch master/slave, the manual PCM, transmission cross member, drive shafts (our of a regular cab long bed truck), the steering column, even the gauge cluster that you can have to make the swap complete.

Basically for $1,000 plus the clutch of your choice, a flywheel, and a 4x4 shifter you can replace your E4OD with a ZF5.

I am willing to deal a little so shoot me your offers. I would be willing to offer partial trade for PSD goodies like upgraded HPOP, injectors, performance chip, etc. Also looking for a good set of rear crew cab doors.
