Manual Glow Plugs
Finally converted to manual glow plugs. really easy and everything works.

If I were you, I'd insulate the terminals on your switch. You really don't want that shorting out and burning your plugs out. Seems like a decent slightly stealthy location, is is hard to reach?

it is kind of out of the way. you have to reach under the dash to get to it kind of.
