You can either get the cover from the dealer and pay to get it painted or the entire painted mirror from a salvage yard. Or take yours off and paint them, your choice.
Only the Limiteds came with body colored painted mirror caps.
You can buy the caps from Ford, but have to have them painted, they come "paint to match", not already painted. About $35 each from online vendors.
