95 f-350 crew cab 351 engine rebuild inputs wanted

Cab and chassis, yes. Pickups, no.
Everyone has dreams of what they want for a motor build, and what they want it to do when complete. Very few actually know what the capabilities are of the platform they have. Also, they seem to think that the stock setup is an indicator of what it's going to be like always, which is wrong.
I'm talking from experience that a 351 can indeed do a good job in a truck like this, when built properly. Torque? Gear it a little lower than you would a 460. The 351 isn't going to mind a few more revs at all. He's not running huge tires, he's not driving around a 10k lb truck, and he's not towing 30k lbs on a regular basis.
With the way you guys are assuming stuff here, he's not going to be happy with a mildly leaned on 460 either. A pretty well built diesel is about the only thing that would move a truck out like everyone is describing. I personally think if he's stuck it out this long and even contemplated rebuilding the 351, a well selected setup and build would suit him just fine. Just my opinion, but there's lots of those already floating around in this thread.

i have the ability to buy another truck but i dont want to i love the one i have no matter how much she smokes its mine.I want to make this truck the way i want it just to say "yeah buddy i built this beast" its my ford although their are many like it but this one is MINE!!
I hear ya on that one, and don't knock you one bit for feeling that way. Biggest question for you at this point is: Do you want diesel or gas? It's your truck, your choice.
If you want a diesel, putting a PSD in isn't horribly involved, nor is a Cummins if you'd want. Both will cost a fair amount since the engines themselves are pretty valuable, but it's still not out of the question.
If you want gas, and don't need the fastest truck on the block, the 351 will fit the bill, when built right, and with some extra gearing. If you want more grunt, then step up to a 460. As stated earlier, getting the 460 trans, engine, ecm and so on, will make for a more expensive outlay up front. Even still, you're going to want to free up the 460 with a cam, headwork, exhaust and so forth, as they were also choked from the factory.
Like I said earlier, it's all in what you want. For what you NEED the truck to do, a mild 351 will get the job done, just not the quickest. Jump up to a 460, and it'll go good, but there's a price to pay, namely at the pump. Go all out with a diesel, you'll have a helluva tow rig with it tuned right, and get decent mpg too. But the large cash out lay upfront negates the mpg for quite some time as you recoup your investment.

and whats H.O mean?
I have for sale a small block Ford 351 Windsor h.o. I started another project n need the space. Has a 491/498 lift comp cam and all new gaskets. Just needs oil pan put on and a distributor. Will throw in a 4 barrel holley carb that needs rebuilt for an extra thirty bucks.

H.O. = High Output. But this is really a misleading term when applied to that particular 351W, about the only thing different about the H.O. vs std 351W of that vintage was the cam and the iron low rise 4 bbl intake topped with a 4180, 600 cfm Holley/Motorcraft carb that's pretty much un adjustable.
