Trying to install a seat in my 1950 F4 I have a seat but no mounts. Can someone tell me how far it is in a stock truck from the floorboard to the top of the bottom part of the seat?

 

Not sure on your truck, but when I fabbed up my seat mounts I test fitted my seats with various thickness wooden blocks first until I found the best driving height/position.

 

This shows some measurements for a 1950 F1 Panel - It should be the same for the F4 cab

The F4 truck is the same as the Panel: 15.5" from floor to crown of the seat cushion.

 

I'm not sure if my F2 is the same but the measurement from the bottom of the seat to the bottom of the brackets is 5 1/2" front and rear. Here are some pictures. I ignored the shade tree lift that someone added to raise the seat and just gave you the bracket length:
