On my way to jy have a question about rear blocks!

I have a 95 f150 and the back end sits low. Not sure if it's just weak springs or whatever.
3 questions.

How talk are the factory f150 blocks on the rear axle

Will a taller set from a f250 fit on it to bring the back end up a bit.

Will it hurt anything only bring the back end up a couple inches hopefully I can get an answer before I get there

What size are your leaf springs ? There are 3 and 3.5 most F250+ are 3.5.

It wont hurt the truck to lift it a couple of inches, but if you just have weak springs and block it up you haven't gained anything in my opinion. I would swap a 3/4 ton leaf into it and it will give you some lift. may look at putting 3/4ton front coils in to. if you are so inclined to, that is what I am doing just waiting in the coils to arrive to get started.

I added E350 coils in front of my 88 f-150 last year to help with the plow I still haven't done the rear leafs yet. It sits level with plow.

Looks like fun! Lol

I just god home from the jy.
I didn't have time to look for springs, damn sensors for my gf's car took longer then I thought.

I just measured and my leafs are 3" wide An there's 4of them with a 2" block between them and the axle.

Is there a 250 spring that is 3"wide? Or are they all 3.5"?

I put E350 coils in my 95, lifted the front about 2". Just be aware that this will throw your camber way off. I never got around to doing it, but you will likely need a set of aftermarket camber adjusters to get it back in spec. Of course, with a plow on the camber is probably just about right.

F-250 springs will be the same as yours but with 5 leaves. Some F-150s actually had the 5 leaf pack too.

I did notice that the upper joints are going bad.I don't want to ruin the BFG.

I was going to try a set of these on my 95, but I never got around to it and I don't have it anymore so I can't say if they actually work or not.
