F250 springs in F150
Well i ordered some moog cc844s coil springs, and some monroe reflex shocks and i need to replace the rear leaf springs and was told any springs from a f250 4x4 will fit on my f150 and raise the rear an inch. So i called a local off road shop and they should fit is this correct? i was going to order leaf springs for a 1995 f250 ext. cab 4x4 sense mine is a 1995 f150 ext. cab 4x4 will they raise the rear a inch? Will i need to keep the stock 2" block to have the f250 leaf springs raise the rear a inch? or will i need to get rid of it? Im not concerned about the ride and was told the f250 springs will also make the rear stiffer and stop the back end from sqauting as much when towing or having something heavy in the bed.The truck currently sits at 15" off the ground to the black plastic valence on the front bumper and 18 1/4" from the ground to the botttom of the rear bumper.

f250 and f350 4x4 trucks have lift bocks, so plan on keeping your blocks in. As long as your truck is a 4x4 you shouldn't have too much trouble using f250 springs. I believe the 2wd f150's had narrower leaf springs.
You could also just put a set of add-a-leafs back there. Another member actually just got done doing something very similar, he got 2" of lift to the front of his truck, then used a larger lift block to bring up the rear a bit.

Another option would be to get some overload springs with a taller lift block in back. It would keep a smoother ride but the extra spring would kick in when the truck was loaded down:
