We drive that way to go hunting in wyoming once a year. Nice place, cold in the winter. Bring all your 7.3 motor stuff? Get your truck back together. Hows matts tunes treating you. How is he on the 6.0L, looking for the son.
Chet
I'm 4-4.5 hours west of Elko Ziggy...get ready for serious cold, average low is 14 in Dec. & Jan...record is -43! BTW, if that isn't cold enough for you, go north on 225 to Wild Horse Reservoir. It is usually the coldest spot in the state. -20 is common in the winter and it hit -50 there once. As Tony Montana said in Scarface "Dress warm, cuz tomorrow you will be working in Elko ". If you are into rock-hounding there are many great places out that way to get good rock, including turquoise. The beer is on me if you come to the Washoe Valley.
I've spent 1/2 my professional life mine whoring in the crane biz, in beautiful Elko! These guys are not kidding you! It's freaking cold, and windy, and a great place to make bank! Cuz there ain't nothing to spend your money on in Elko! Do you speak Mormon yet?

One days drive and I am at your door step. Be nice seeing you again. You are just over 4 hr.s from my cabin.
No kidding bro, I'll make it a point to make it your way!

Truck has been all back together, been driving it around. Tunes are great, couldn't be happier. From what I hear from people, he is great on the 6ohs as well.

I will be sure to get with you bro, and the beer would be on me!
