Wesley,
The fluid has to be going somewhere.
If it's not leaking out the back of the master cylinder into the cab then it must be leaking from the slave.
Right???

Is there an inspection cover at the bottom/front of your bell housing?
Is it wet in there?

I don't have x-ray vision, but it isn't evaporating...

projectmudslinger,

Try refilling the master cylinder and see if you get the pedal back.
You could be like Wesley and just keep buying quarts of brake fluid until the clutch really gives up.
It is only addressing the symptom though, not the cause.

under the hood inboard of the brake booster on the firewall.

The pushrod you see above the accelerator pedal in the cab goes right into the back of it.

Unscrew the cap and make sure to remove the rubber bellows.
The reservoir should be filled to the step inside.

I know, I know Jim.....I just don't have the $200 to fork over for the rebuild kit, pilot shaft bearing (My tranny chatters like a **** on cold startups....Not so much after it warms up...)...And a slave cylinder....

On the SC deal...I'm opting for a Sachs brand....For the whole rebuild (It's a ZF company..) and because it has metal end pieces, instead of cheap plastic...

Then theres the shifter forks.....lol

All in all....~$350....Thats a pretty good guesstimate too....

$350 for a clutch, pilot, slave, surfacing, shift forks, and those little plastic bits that always need replacing?
Don't forget to change the fluid in the gearbox. $$$

That's a super deal!

Thats from O'Reilly's....

That is a-

Sachs brand Clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and alignment tool...A Sachs brand Slave cylinder....The shifter forks are from our own Partsguyed.com.....

And I've already changed the fluid...Only has about 6k miles on it...
