Question Windshield Wipers

I have a 1994 E 150 Conversion Van. I was wondering if anyone else out there has had problems with there delay wipers. Here is what happens. NO Intermittant at all. If I push the washer button the wipers come on and stay on till you shut off the engine. I have replaced te multi function switch with no change. That leaves me with the wiper control module another 80 dollar piece. Before I just keep swapping boxes with no effect is there anything else that I am missing.
Thanks.

Very common problem - MFS is usually the culprete, but occasionally it is the WCM (more in the 92-96s)

Took the end cap off my MFS. Use a small sharp knife to pry off the cap, remove the phillips screw and pull the cap off. Cleaned out the old grease on all the contacts with contact cleaner, placed a dab of Die-electric grease in there and haven't had a problem since. The old grease oozes out of where it's supposed to be and clogs up the contacts so they either won't work or they work all the time(depending on what contacts it messes with).

acerockola77 is the WCM the large unit directly behind the glove box that looks like it is piggy backed on to the heater box? If so I think I just replaced the wrong relay unit. ( the smaller one to the right of the large one)
