when it rains the water comes through the top of the windshield and comes dripping into the car. there is no rust on the window frame but my question is what can I do or use to seal the window so the water does not come in.

 

When mine was leaking, there was no visible sign of rust around the windshield. Had the Glass company see if It just needed to be resealed, but the tech assured me that it was necessary to remove the glass to do a proper reseal and couldn't guarantee that the glass would not be damaged in the process. So he went ahead and attempted the removal, which he was right. After the glass was removed, he discovered rust under the sealant. That was where it was leaking from. He removed all the rust scales and reprimed the bare areas with a rust-inhibiting primer. That was seven years ago, and so far no leaks.
