V-belt alignment issues

hey guys ive been retrofitting a 76 f350 w/o AC to have on-board-air ford air tools airing up tires ect. i mounted the compressor brakets pullys and compresor, and now my power steering pully doesnt line up with the crank and waterpump pulley........the p/s pump is too far back and is squiling the belt. can the p/s pullet be adjusted or do i need to shim the p/s braket ?

p.s. im useing factory brakets and york compresor

The pulley will be pressed on. You'll need a puller like this to remove the pulley. Relatively easy to remove with the right puller. Whatever you do, DON'T use a regular 2 or 3 jaw puller. These will destroy the pulley.
