You can get Port-A-Walls for your tires, but why? You have a truck. Ford never sold a 3/4 ton truck with whitewalls.

I painted the side walls on my panel truck using Kilz's primer. I read a lot of posts on the HAMB about painting white walls and most posters gave negative replies. You can buy sidewall paint, it shows up on eBay quite often but you can get Kilns cheaper at any hardware store or home improvement store.
As for durability, I first painted my tires with white rubber roofing paint, they turned brown in a matter of days. I then recoated with the Kilz primer. They are still white today, two least two years but are starting to crack, I think because of the roof paint underneath. No matter what you use to paint your tires it will start to crack after a while. Some on the the HAMB have used Krylon Fusion paint for plastic with success. I picked the Kilz because the can said you could use it to prime asphalt so I figured it wouldn't allow bleed through from the oil in the tires. One more thing mentioned on the HAMB posts, it seems the older the tire the better the paint will work because most of the oils have leached out of the tires.
