The reason that yours sounds raspy is that goofy VT muffler has that valve in it.

I found that video I think. Is it the one with the red dash and sunpro tach? That sounds pretty good for 300, but its hard to tell what it sounds like outside.

What valve? I could see through it....

Are you referring to one of those stupid valves that are "Supposed" to open and close using backpressure?

I have a 300, and I have straight, to a single original cherry bomb, and then back, and out behind the rear tire. It sounds good.

If you have a VT muffler it has one of those valves.

If i had a 300 truck, it would either be a Superturbo or glasspacks !!!

i recently bought a dynomax catback system, came with the super turbo and it has duals out the back. There was a $75 rebate, which kept it pretty cheap, i think the rebate is still going on
