I have an idea.You could take your design to a cnc router place and have them make it out of metal or they can make it out of wood and you can use the wood as a mold to cast it in aluminum or silver

 

I found a place up by Chicago that uses a waterjet to cut stuff (Direct WaterJet). She sent me a quote of $23.39 per emblem, the only problem is they have a $75 cut minimum so I'm going to have her cut me 3 of them. I'm not going to complain any, she is waiving the $35 set up fee since I'm a Illinois vet and she's letting me send her the metal to help me save on the material cost. I will use the extra one to figure out how I'm going to attach them to the hood...
