driving thru 14 inches of snow
well, after the big snow storm we had to get down a country road that was not plowed for the alst 3/4 mile. Got up some speed about 30 MPH and kept it stead down the center of the road. No problem at all. Axle and pan were dragging the show. Got some in the grill and radiator. I was suprised that it would pull like that.. F150 - 4 x 4, 5.4 CREW, LS srear end, new Bridgestone off road tires, no lift.

heck dorve my wife to work about 4 miles after a 16 inch snow storm with 35mph winds roads not plowed drifts over bumper and a few above the head lights my f150 4x4 did a great job. I do believe the new Firestone destionation AT had alot to do with it. When i got back home I took out our Exepdition 4x4 with Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo's and went back into town and got my kids doughnuts and gas for my snow blowers same path no problems. I left the Excursion home it is 2 wheel wonder!

For the Expedition this is the second set the first set had 40000 miles on them tread was just above the wear bars and still made it through the snow. I waited until the next winter tho put a new set on.. I wanted to put them on the pickup but just could not fork out the extra for a new set so i went to the destionation AT's good but not as good as the Revo's. The Expedition has AWD, 4x4hi, 4x4 lo this is why the tire really do not last. It just dose not matter for this is my wifes and it is safety first and a iece of mind for me that she will make it through any type of weather
