looks great. did you airflow bench test it prior to doing the work? Was wondering if that was possible so you can see your results after the fact. What type of bits were you using? I tumbled onto this site carbidebur.com seemed cool for ordering bits. Mind breaking down what bits you used, in order if possible? Is it important to port match the efi manifolds and runners from the intake to the head? what do you do in the valve seat area?

i recommend stones ...the steel carbide burr can cut to fast and then you will have a boat anchor ..no the efi manifold will not benefit from port matching to the head the manifold should stay smaller than opening at the head mounting surface ,the restriction there is the area inside the efi manifold ,needs to be cut open to enlarge it see pic
remove the bump in the ceiling of the intake runner only ..if you look in to the intake port from the window and use a flat ruler to find the hi and low spots remove the high spots in the runner .leave the gasket area alone smooth if you want , here is a article on the bowl area if you open up the bowl to much its a costly mistake

I have a request though, and nothing personal. Could you clean up your writing a little bit? This type of information is very very specific and mistakes are costly, and your writing is rather difficult to understand. Again, nothing personal, I'm just having a difficult time understanding some of your explanations due to punctuation, etc., and I know it's good information that needs to be followed specifically.

i just printed out all those articles! cant wait to sit on my **** and take them in. I gotta lot to learn and this will help. Thank you to the both of you. When i get knowledge in the matter i can then decide if it is for me or farm out. Leaning on DIY. I enjoy my garage time. Its a killer winter project. Heat and beers and my ipod! I'll throw the honey do list right in the trash can!

look like a good job was done on those heads! any more pics? I would love to see some taken from looking down the ports. do you have any numbers as far as volume, cross section, or flow numbers?
also are there any more pictures on the cutaways for the 300's head? preferably one of each that you can see the entire port profile?
and I'm not sure about the intake... for dual throttle bodys it would be alright, but not optimal, and less so if it was used with non progressive two barrels (as far as street duty in a truck). I would personally add about an inch to the sides to increase the volume, and make a good raised radius on the ports and get them up off the floor of the plenum, the floor in that plenum is flat as can be and will hold alold of stagnent air. essentially making the port act alot smaller

Sounds like you are on the right track with the intake,i am currently working on a jaguar S porting project... the truck is only used for hauling bikes to the track,being i am in california gas price here at about 4.50 per gallon... out of all the porting mods deshrouding of the intake by far made the best torque .... good luck

I doubt the OP did any flow bench testing. These pictures and information are all copied from various posts over on fordsix.com. The first two pictures, for example, were posted by the Frenchtown Flyer, the other were posted by various others.
Perhaps kxkid661 is none other than sam2007 who trolled the fordsix.com big six forum until he was banned? Just wondering.
