Lane keep assist is biased to the right side of the lane for safety. Steering assist motor lightens the feel. You're fighting the nannies. Turn it off for a normal driving experience and get used to it little by little later
Just picked up from granger, wheel needs to be to the left for straight.
steering feels loose and sloppy as well, lane assist bounces me really bad.
after reading others on various social media, should I just skip ford and go find an alignment specialist shop?
I got a 800 mile drive home and I’m not enjoying this right now lol.
probably have the toe out. Almost every new ford I have bought has had a bad alignment. My 2022 f450 was the worst. It darted just like you said and ruined the tires in its 300 mile drive.
stop in a ford dealer, get it aligned. Toe is probably out and causing this. Needs to be brought in. Always seems to be the passenger side.
could always slide under the truck and do it yourself and adjust to see if it makes a difference.

sorry, maybe I wasnt clear, truck pulls right without steering assist. Doesn’t matter if I’m going 20 or 70, wheel has to be cocked to left or it pulls.
steering feels sloppy regardless of steering assist.
guess I’ll just have to find a shop in the morning to check the alignment

thanks for the info! Will be stopping soon for the night and will try and find a ford dealer on the way home. Passing through TN, so should be able to find something

Alright alignment gurus, make this one make sense.
Caster and camber are basically unchanged. The toe difference looks like just turning the steering wheel to the left a little bit. Total toe effectively unchanged, thrust angle effectively unchanged. Did they do anything more than just put a couple turns on the drag link? Obviously the steer ahead is zero'd out now so it looks like the "before" was with the wheel straight up and down, showing that this position would steer to the right.
I had it done by independent shop, I had to go back because while they got rid of it pulling right and wheel cocked left, it’s now cocked right but no pull.
they adjusted the track/drag bar again but to no avail, I’m 8 hours from home and just wanted to get back on the road. So I’m dealing with it
