My question is ….are there attach points under my cabin molding for something like the Yakima tracks which would let me use some of my existing cross bars.

No, nothing under there intended to be used as mounting points. I could be wrong, but I think the only Yakima racks sold for these trucks are the clamp on style.
I thought I posted this earlier but it’s not here. Maybe it’s on another thread or I forgot to hit the post reply button…. Anyway, the passenger side cab trim disappeared off my ‘19 quite a while ago. Here are pictures of what the truck looks like underneath.
Lots of bolts there that might be good for something.

Does the plastic track just snap onto those studs? I've been wanting to take it off to clean under there.
I don’t know how it comes off. Just noticed mine was gone when I saw a post where someone mentioned the trim coming loose at the back window and I wondered how mine was doing.
under the plastic trim, some of the bolts can be used to mount a roof rack.
i found this install video.
the track I want to use will require a different style mounting setup but this video is encouraging ….if the mounting kit for my track is not out there looks easy to fabricated.
If you remove that molding you will never get it back on unless you buy a new one and remove the rear window to access the mounts for the end of the molding.
