Cover pic

On News stands Mar. 1 Took a few months for this to be a reality but another life long bucket list item can be checked off . Since the pics were taken the bumpers have been painted gloss black as opposed to satin black , top of dispatch box door has been painted red & tail lights have been moved up . Some will question the wing window frames but I have seen all 3 versions in many yrs. of the "Great Parts Safaris " Chrome frames & black divider bars & chrome divider bars & black frames ,and both chrome . Am getting ready for the AACA Winter Meet in Ocala , Fla. Feb 21-23 . Will post pics after return .

cover update

A six pack of magazines arrived today from Ertel Publishing in Ohio . Will mark it off as a late Valentines Day gift . The Firstride solely graces the cover w/ the center spread of 8 pages . Am very pleased to have realized another dream . . Pics sat . I heard the mag is available at Walmart .

The latest issue isn't on their website yet, but The Firstride is peeking in from the right-hand side of the page.

Tom , yes they were & thanks . Took pics of the cover & inside will post tonight . To nice out to be inside . 82 , light breeze & sunny . Just finished painting the top of the dispatch box cover & the inside drivers door jamb . A much needed improvement .to make it more correct . We will be leaving fri. 7 am traveling to NPD Parts in Ocala , have the pics taken for the FORD truck catalog cover , over to the Hilton & get the entry packet , up the street to the mall , unload & stage the truck on parade grounds up & across the street on the college campus , back to the truck , drive down to the hotel , & get some rest before the BBQ & entertainment at the Hilton . Am sure the little woman will want to test the pool water . Temps in the mid 80's on show day . Will post trip report on the 26th.
