PCV valve routing

PCV valve routing
My 400’s got a 4 barrel edelbrock (1406?) and a older weiand intake on it. My pcv valve coming out of my drivers side valve cover runs to a T. The T goes to the 3/8 port on the front of my carb, the brake booster, and the afformentioned pcv valve. The pass side pcv valve runs to a 1/2 maybe port on the underside of my air breather.
Should my booster be T’d to the valve? What I’d like to do is run the drivers side valve to another plug on the carb to get away from the booster and have a cleaner look. what do you guys think of my setup? Should I use “catch cans”? Is the pass side okay to be going into the breather?
Trucks runs and stops good. I’ve taken it a LONG way in the last years fixing leaks and little mess ups left by previous owners. But it doesn’t run a good as I think and I just want to make sure I don’t have something crossed. No inspections in my state but if it’s not going to hurt the truck I might as well feed the pcv back into I think. The hoses are always super clean inside.

What the heck? The PCV should not be Teed. It should go directly to the Carb. The brake booster and everything else should come off the manifold somewhere else. In fact I believe Edlebrock has a port on the back for the brake booster unless I'm mistaken.
You definitely don't want PCV fumes/carbon/oil having the ability to go into any other hoses....
I found this posting:

That someone mentions Teeing off the PCV for the brake booster.
I think that's just weird. Why not use the connection in the back of the carb

I got this truck when I was 17 and could barely change oil. We have both come a long way!! this is how it came to me from the po. I looked into it in the past and couldn’t really find a definite answer. Now, it has worked perfectly! Trucks got good brakes. Maybe they’ll be better. It does have a plug on the back of the carb believe. Think that’s the one? Then route my pcv to the plug I’m using on the front currently or get a cab for it? Should my pass side be going into the breather?

your brakes are best to have their own line with nothing else dedicated on it.
Someone put a PCV in your breather hose for some reason so lose it.
There are only 2 sources of vacuum on an engine, ported and manifold. ported is for the vac advance on post smog era engines and manifold is for everything else. it makes no difference whatsoever where you take manifold vacuum it's all the same.

Awesome thanks guys!! On second thought, I believe you all are right about my pass side just being a cap with no actual valve. Just a line to the breather. So the drivers side will remain where it is but without the T, and rusty trusty booster gets run to the back of my carb. Thanks guy!! Will update with pics today!!!
