I have a 2015 f-350 and just recently. The front driver's side door will not unlock with the automatic locks or the key fab. The door will only unlock by mauanlly doing it with the key. Any ideas of what the issue could be?

 

My first thought would be the lock actuator since it's only one door.

 

It is probably the lock actuator. Relative inexpensive part but some what a pain to replace.

You could try spraying up and down to the lock assembly on the edge of the door with WD40 and see if it is stuck or frozen.
