1992 van heater fan

Blower motor on my 1992 e-150 conversion van doesn't work. I put in a new
fuse, new resistor and checked the motor itself, it runs fine. Still, no blower.
HELP!!!!!!!!!

Having the same problem with my 1988 e150, just replaced the resistor today but that didn't help. Going to replace the resistor connector and wiring tomorrow. Hopefully that will help. I need at least for the defroster to work this winter

where is the blower fuse located? I didn't even consider that as an option. It isnt under the steering wheel, is it under the area where the glove compartment should be? Haven't messed around with the fuses on this thing yet. I have only had the van for 4 months and have only changed the serpentine belt, air filter, front brakes and blower resistor so far. After getting the ac fixed I have to figure out how to get the stereo and headlamp switch working.

Both of you would greatly benefit and save a lot of money/time if you consult a schematic for your particular vehicles. Changing parts without knowing if they're the cause of a failure is costly and highly ineffective.

In the blower motor circuit you have switches, relays, the resistor and of course in interconnecting wring. If any one of those fail the blower typically won't operate.

If you post this in the Electrical Wiring sub-forum someone there might have a schematic they can post online for you. I myself buy and keep Ford's EVTM's which are model and year specific printed books of wiring schematics.
