Trouble with OBDII MX

Has anyone had issues connecting to the OBDLINK MX adapter recently? Did you resolve it?

I've had my bluetooth adapter for about a year. I used it a few weeks ago without any issues.

Which adapter do you have? Bluetooth or wifi? The Bluetooth versions are rock solid but the wifi versions that are supposed to work with iOS are garbage. If that is one you have (maroon in color) you might as well return it. That is the only resolution. I have read where one guy kept returning them until he got one that worked correctly. If I recall it was like the 10th one. One other guy on here has one that works correctly. He is the only one I know of to date that got one that worked the first time. There is a thread on here somewhere that I shared both reviews and a reply from the Forscan admins about how poor of a unit the wifi version is.
Let us know what you got. I'm still looking for a good iOS compatible solution that is wireless.

Might be best served to reach out to the Forscan guys on their forum? They may be able to help diagnose the issue for you. Keep us posted regardless.

I’ve switched to a different android Bluetooth device with the same results. Also, I noticed in some earlier posts that bad firmware updates created these same problems.
