iPhone not sending texts to sync3

is anyone else not receiving text messages on sync? Running sync3 v2.2 with iOS 11.2.6. I think it’s been since my last update. I reset my phone and my sync as well. It works on CarPlay but not regular sync. I have the notifications on in my phone’s Bluetooth.

At least I know it’s not just me. Likely an Apple update issue. Last update wouldn’t allow me to place music from phone to sync.

Probably don't have "Show Notifications" turned on for the connection to your phone.

On the phone open settings>bluetooth. Press the blue circled "i" next to the connection between your phone and vehicle. Make sure the slider for "Show Notifications" is set to on.

SYNC 3 version 3.0 has been released by Ford so try the update and maybe that`ll fix your problem.

I figured mine out. Deleted Ford from Bluetooth on my phone, deleted iPhone from truck, restarted phone then re-paired them and now it works
