Take that lower panel off and you will be able to reach the other side.

1961/66 F100/1100 is the same, as is 1963/69 N/NT500/1100 and 1967/69 F800/1000. Remove the access panel (21122 in pic) and you can get to anything inside the door.

On all the ones I removed the screw on the button end was a Philips head and the one on the other end was a bolt and needed a 5/16 socket to remove it. A 1/4 inch drive ratchet works great up in that tight space.

Take the bottom panel off your door. Roll the window all the way up. Look up inside the door and you will see the bolt use a 1/4 inch ratchet and a 5/16 or 3/8 socket to remove the bolt. Then remove the phillips head screw on the outside of the door that holds the other side of the handle.
