Is that what the overhead computer display looks like?!??!

Where did you attach the jumper to?

Mine hasn't worked for about 5 years now. One of these days I'll get around to plugging in my soldering iron and having a whack at it.

Reading your "still needs attending" list, I saw console. So, started googling it and it ends up being broke solder at either the 620 or 680 resistors, fuses, diodes..etc. However, there's 2 680's, but I only had 1... Went ahead and layed solder on both ends of board and then ends of a 1in wire..soldered up and hoped! She lit up like griswalds house

I see. When I finally pulled mine out last summer (took a few years to grow the gonads to pull the overhead housing down...it was on there t-i-g-h-t) at least two of the chips had separated from the wire runs on one side. Don't remember specifically which number(s) they were. It's sitting in my garage waiting until I get to it.
