Airbag, cruise control, radio, horn, a/c controls = Clockspring?

Hey guys, just bought an F350. Nothing on the steering wheel works. Both the gray and black harnesses are plugged in. I know the clock spring can cause the airbag and cruise to go out but what about the radio and a/c controls?
It does still have the factory radio (I know it's been pulled because there is an amp in the truck). Thoughts?
This is my first post on here and I hope to be able to contribute. Thanks!

Do you have any airbag codes or the light on?

But yes a bad clock spring can cause all that to not work.

What year truck are you dealing with?

It's a 2005 f350 Harley, I haven't checked the code yet. I've got a cheap code reader that doesn't do airbags. Taking it to a friend today to see.

I was going to buy one on Amazon. How do I know which one? Do all have the same controls running through them? i.e. cruise, a/c, radio?

I got mine from >>> FICMRepair.com - FORD Powerstroke 6.0 FICM Repair, PHP Tuning and Truck Parts
and they did get me the correct one with no screwing around.
I think it was just around about $100. I would not go with Amazon
do to the counterfeit issue they seem to have.

The clock springs come in many flavors. So you have to
find the one that has all the options that you have.
