okay, i dont particularily like the thought or look of stacks, especially on a gasser. but the functionality of them on bandit far outweighs the negative looks and loss of box space and poserish style being its not a diesel. but have a look anyway.
havent installed yet... gotta get the y pipe and what not built first. and theres no way ill leave them that tall... im thinking maybe a few inches above the cab at most...
opinions?
Poserish.... eh... maybe. Like you said, not something I'd do to anything but a true-blue mud truck, but I think it'll work great for you.
And for my own curiosity's sake, take a vid so we can hear the thing. I haven't heard any stacked gassers before.
I vote no on the stacks. It looks like hammered $&@#. If you have to go stacks and least get shorter smaller ones. Those are way too big for a half ton short bed. I know alot of people that take their truck all kinda of places and do not have stacks.
i thought my truck looked pretty nice before but after rims, and once the tined window this thing will look even better. someone slashed one of my tires last night so i got LT315/75R16 nitto tera grapplers and 1" spacers for the back comming. stock wheels are back on for now with kelly safari tsr's, till they are burnt off.
PS. sorry for the dirty pics. i'm going to shine it up and go for a photoshoot with dads new 6.7 togather once the new tires get here.

like i said they shall be no more than 4" above cab height. and with a light bar up there they wont be as noticeable.

Are you gonna leave them mitre cuts or cut them to some other cut? and are you going to angle the mitre to the outside? I saw a obs stroker last year at the diesel extravaganza that had mites facin the driver and passenger side of the truck. different and it looked pretty cool
probably stay mite cuts and put flappers on em. and idk when i install them ill play with em a bit more and see what i like most lol.

good lookin truck man
i get my 15x10 white wagon wheels next week. so my tires arent all ballooned out. but ima paint em black lol white wheels would look ghey on bandit. black on the the other hand
9.ford.5, I am have a large hatred for stacks. Even on Diesels. There are only a handful that I've seen, that I liked. Most of them that I like, are extremely unique, like the one on 77F250HB's! But, surprisingly, I like them on your truck. I don't know why but maybe it's just a love for that truck!!! Anyways, since it's a mud truck, go for it! And get plenty of pics afterwards like we know you will!!

Good looking truck, I like the two tone. Sorry to hear about your tire. Why do you need spacers? By the way, I'd keep the stock wheels if they are the Alcoa's.

i love the way your truck sits. any lift on it? and what wheels are those? they look sick on your truck.

ya know i usually dont like it either unless its on a diesel... but i think they look half decent on this thing, and they will be good for river crossings.
