how can i tell the difference between a 302 and a 351?

how can i tell the difference between a 302 and a 351?
I have a 300 I6 and a friend of mine wants to play a bit of tug o war. he says its a 302, but i've heard he has a 351 with 302 valve covers and breather sticker. are there any obvious ways i can tell if its actually a 302 block?

Doesn't matter, you'll break the same amount of parts either way.

this is such a ridiculious idea, i don't know where this practice came from, it proves nothing about power and everything about weight and traction. You'll win for sure, but if you want it in the bag, top off the tank and air down your tires, lol
