Let's see pictures of custom modifications.

I know many of us like to keep things as original as possible but I thought it would be cool to see modifications that some have done, maybe even things that can be easily removed to take it back to original?

Here is an overhead console I built in Fi-Fi. It houses two 6X9 speakers and provides two shelves for storgae of things like sunglasses, gloves, pens, pistols, knives, etc.

Note the ingenuous use of an old truck cap in the background.

Let's see yours!

Lighted Bumper Mod

Modified the front bumper ala LMC's $200+ lighted bumper. The lights came from a mid-90s Pontiac product.... a Bonneville if I recall correctly.

Switch Panels!

No AC on the 73 so it made a logical place for four switches - inner roof, outer roof, driving, and fog lights. The finger guard is a drawer pull. Chromed!!!

Below is a fabbed a switch panel that control the LED rock lights, ICU cooling fan, back-up lights, DRLs, and an auxiliary battery disconnect.

WOW! That is some impressive stuff!

HIO Silver.....can you tell me what wiring is behind that battery switch? I have a battery disconnect at the battery for when I work on the truck and when it will sit for a while, but it would be super convenient to have a switch in the cab!

The switch controls the power to the auxiliary battery relay only when the engine is running.

I was referring to rifles in deer season I have a two gun rack behind my seat and a two gun rack in the rear window. I guess I could give up one of them The Glock goes in the overhead console
