Probably because my favorite beer is $15/4 pack! New Holland's Dragons Milk. It's a tasty bourbon barreled stout.

Founders brews are good ones too like if you're a traveller. They are practically nationwide.

How about some late night house after work photos here.
You know the type sitting around the Coleman lantern having
a nice cold one to relax for a few hours.

It is really starting to look like a house from the first
photos of a hole in the ground.
You don't have to all the photos here just a few.
BYW where is the projected occupation date? I know that
even after your in that there will still be a few more visits
from the guys with the hammers and paint.

Or backhoe because the union that does the sewer line is only allowed to go so far from the street and
the union that does the house side is only allowed to go so far from the house foundation and between the
two there is a gap that the inspector missed.

The kicker is I know someone that this happened to. This case was a Air Force base in Europe. A kid fell into
the sink hole that formed and that is how they found that problem

Then there is the house that they forgot to hook up the septic tank under the house. That was a real STINK!
My mom worked with this teacher and I also know her.

Lesson is that inspectors miss things and it does not ever hurt for the owner to ask questions even is they sound silly.

In my case I asked the contractor where the second floor cold air return was going to be and he said it was not needed
and the the permit inspector passed it. The second HVAC that came out find out why the second floor was alway so hot
said that they should of and were required to put on in on the second floor. Contractor paid a lot for that fix. The county permit
inspector should of caught that one. But there may of been a case of incompetents.

Drank the mad elf, dogfish 90 minute, and flying fish. Plus the Milwaukee beast.

Tonight I have had another dogfish, now I am drinking the perpetual, and then I will have the last flying fish

Good thing I don't drink on a regular basis or I would definitely plow through a few tonight..... Ever pick at something then have it require full blown surgery? Anyone need some slightly used Jeep Grand Cherokee parts....
