Late night Beer/Wine or just can't get to sleep thread.

One way to avoid having nightmares about your truck.
Don't go to sleep or Freddy will get you.

I am going to call it an early one tonight because I need
to call Ed or Scott and order some trinkets for the truck.

Well, coming down I-5, I had to drop down to 40 and had the wipers going full out and still couldn't see for the rain and hail. Add to it some knuckle head passed me doing 65 in a duramax.

I'm just surprised that we didn't see him piled into another vehicle or bridge. Time for a cold one, but I may opt for 3 fingers instead to settle my nerves.

Or: let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow....

Yuppers, not often we have a 2 night in a row, snow prediction, this time of year...

That must be why I have a bunch of 4wds... (that and end-of-days paranoia)

So Sean: can we drink hard liquor and stay up late and post in this thread?! because I'm allergic to wine and don't drink much beer anymore...

Yeah, where does the bourbon fit in here?!?!?!

Speaking of, I need to go pour me a few fingers.

Other than the duramax sounds like what I had up here driving to Bellevue.
Rain then rain/snow splatting on the front window.

In your belly.
So long as a Mod does not come down and go adult supervision on us. Anything goes.

Now to go find something adult to drink. I really want to try some apple pie moonshine.
I guess I could make my own. Just need to build the still. Might be fun. So long as I don't
do something stupid like drink the heads or get busted for making it.

Crap, so they legalize hooch up there, but will bust you for brewing your own?? (let us just call it Hard Cider)

Good amount of wind now and rain coming down. Have you ever seen the rain? Coming down on a sunny day...

3 fingers doesn't even get my belly warm

Got all the parts to finish the permanent solar charger on the horse trailer. I'll get to that right after the rain/snow/cold stops... Could be May at this rate.

Off to read a book, may check in later and see who's up...!

Of course I'm up, SNL is on. The IPA is cold and so is the air outside for March. Is it suppose to be 21°? It's just hard to accept when the last 2 weekends it was in the upper 60's.

Love scotch -- it just decided one day not to like me... So I'm stuck with gin, but I can down it like water.

Hey Scott! I loved the Rum n Cokes too - used to like Meyers with a twist of lime. And then the Meyers turned on me too. Something about the dark liquors, and wine... Go figure

We should probably sneak something 6.0 related in here: Mine is out in the rain right now, need to get those new wiper blades put on. My guess is that'll be about Tuesday...

They keep talking on the news about 1997 being our record year for rain. Have a feeling this is going to top that -- a lot of mini-slides around the 'hood, but just got some drainage ditches rock-lined here at the house (well more than we already had), just in time before this latest round started... Coming down in buckets now.

Anybody make an amphibious kit for F250/350 SRWs???
