Finished everything up today. Had to make a small parts run for a couple extra quarts of ATF and a 3/8" barbed fitting since I was removing a tube and fin cooler installed by a P.O.
I also switched from green coolant to gold during today's process.
Edit: looks like I never took a picture of the transmission outlet to radiator. P/N: YC3Z-7A031-AA.
Some of the parts.
Tube and fin prior to removal their was 4 of those plastic squares hence the fins being jacked up.
Radiator removed and installing transmission lines, the line from transmission to radiator is a pain in the but.

Transmission lines with custom zip-ties. I did trim the tails too.
bringing it back again bently. so what are your trans temps now? I just did the 6.0 cooler upgrade but have been thinking about upgrading the radiator with internal cooler as well. I'm still debating the switch to gold coolant though. what did the radiator and new trans lines run you?
About $350. I haven't been driving it so I can't tell you the temps, my Wife has for her Farmer's market and hasn't reported anything crazy. I may take it on another fishing trip end either this or next month, hope to get some more data then.
I use to use a Scangauge but now am using a SCT livewire and I believe it displays the temps a bit different. Averaging coolant temp is 194-196° with a high of 200°. Coolant temps would routinely hit 198°-200° going up any sort of hill. Now it takes a bit more to do so.
Picture below was taken in traffic, if you see the little white numbers those are the minimums and maximums for that trip not the day.
