Rusted brake line - yikes!

01 SCAB 85000 miles. I stopped the other day and the brake pedal went to the floor. I heard this whistling noise coming from the rear and had a puddle of brake fluid dripping from the gas tank. I see the line back there is rusted out. Not cool at all. Anybody have a parts list on what I need to change this? I know I wont be able to get the line anywhere and will have to make one up. I hope it all comes apart clean or will most likely have to re-plumb all the way to the calipers. I see what's in store for my weekend. It's the long line from front to rear hose that needs to be replaced. The connection at the rear hose looks rusty so I hope I can free it up with pb blaster. Anyone replace this recently?

Had this on my 1999 a few years ago. The line might be a two parter with a union right around where the fuel filter is. End by the filter was standard where the end by the rear axle had metric threads. I bought a long line with metric ends at autozone and bent that to fit. I also bought a short metric to standard conversion line and a metric union to attach it to the long metric line going to the rear.

Worst part was dealing with the ***** at autozone.

That what happen in the rust belt, no surprise. It is to be expected. I keep mine coated with "Rustcheck".

I have two 68 Mustangs and they still have there original hard lines. They were daily driven until the late 90s year round in NJ.

I really don't understand why Ford mixed up standard and metric ends on their brake like but they did.
