Zmax was sued by the FTC in 2001 for false advertising. A settlement was reached in 2003.
Despite what the infomercials continue to claim to this day, at most all that it's good for is "reducing engine deposits". To what degree, and what gains are to be had from the "reductions", seem to be completely up in the air.
Waste of money IMHO. Use quality oil (changed regularly) and fuel and no worries.
