My M5OD-R2 in my93 f-150 finally took a **** and rather than get a new one I plan on taking the 4 speed out of an older 89 f-150 because its stronger and I prefer the gearing. Can anyone tell me what kind of problems im going to run into, the bell housing will be the same because it is coupled with the same motor as I have. I was curious as too what I will have to do for the cross memeber and how far off my drive shafts will be, i plan on using the t-case that is coupled with the four speed currently which i believe to be a t-18. Just seeing if anyone has done this and had feeback on some of the issues i will run into.
