Vibration Issue
I have an 07 F-150 Super Crew 2wd Lariat. it came with factory 18's and it rode like a dream. I changed them out with factory 20's and bought a brand new set of Perelli Scorpion ATR's. The truck now has a very bad vibration in the steering wheel when you get over 60mph. The wheels have been balanced twice and they are perfect. Is that just how it rides with 20's or is it something to do with the Perillis'?

It's probably a little of both. 20s will make the truck ride harsher. How did they balance your wheels? Not sure who did it, but if it was done at a dealership they should force balance them for R1H. With the larger tires, the radial harmonic imbalance of the tires is worse and the correct way is to force balance the set. I'm guessing whoever mounted the tires and wheels may not have matched mounted them, but force balancing will take care if that.

Are you 20's lug-centric or hub-centric? (One of the other mods deserves the credit for that question) If they are lug-centric, then they may not have had your rotors set right, even though the calipers were never removed, and torgued them using an impact, in a circle, instead of torquing them in the prescribed pattern found in your owners manual.
