I'd recommend you use a small propane torch and heat up the Pinion Lock Pin to loosen the thread locker before you try to remove the bolt. If you don't there's a good possibility the bolt will shear and you'll need to drill or cut out the remainder of the bolt.
The bolt snapped on me when I was installing my Powertrax locker and I had to use a oxy acetylene torch to cut a groove in the Pinion Shaft to get the remainder of the bolt out.
You should be able to reuse the old Pinion Shaft but always install a new Pinion Shaft Lock Pin which will come coated with thread locker. Torque the new bolt to 15-30 ft. lbs.
I got my last one out OK. The spider gears and axle side gears broke ,then the cross pin broke, Grenaded. This truck isnt broke, just putting 4.88s in it. YeeeeHaaaaaw
