E-brake on 51

I am currently putting new e-brake cables on my 51. Right behind the cab there is a 3 lever pivot where the cab lever cable and the 2 wheel cables join and the pivot seems to be intact. I think that there should be a couple of mounting tabs for the ends of the wheel cables close to this pivot. Does anyone have pics of this setup or know if they are available aftermarket?

Does anyone know if part number 2597 in the pic above, the rubber cable seal, is available anywhere. I've looked in catalogs but haven't been able to find them.
