M5OD Slave Cylinder

I'm putting a '89 M5OD in my '94 f150. The two different years uses different slave cylinders. Question is which one do I use? Thanks

Important thing is to keep the master & slave as a matched set. If you keep your 94 master cylinder, use the 94 slave cylinder.

I don't know that Ford ever changed the bore of the clutch master cylinders, so keeping the year together between the master and slave doesn't seem that important. Just verify that the bores are indeed the same, and it should be ok. I would think that it's more important to have one that will bolt in to the appropriate space on the firewall, since that bolt configuration did change over the years.
