1994 351W tapping in right head

Motor was sitting for a year and I had it put in my '91 F250.
Bottom end sounds good, not burning any oil... at idle the side is tapping.
I hope it's not what it sounds like? Oil gauge is giving bad reading.... oil stick is showing full.... What the chance of this going away by putting a some good mile on her... haven't driven her much.

change the oil and take it for a blast....twist it up good a few times and see......

it might be one of the lifters with a little gunk in it that just isnt pumping up all the way

I get her safety inspection in the morning.... taking her up to my buddy's garage for an oil change.
Anyone recommend any type of additive

seafoam may help. also inspect that sides exhaust manifold. When they crack it can sound just like a lifter tap.

I ran a can of seafoam through the drake booster into the intake as mentioned in many treads. She smoked like the devil... neighbors got concerned, someone may have called in a complaint?... :-l

She's still ticking.... driving me crazy. What next?
