freeze plugs
does anyone know the size of the freeze plugs in the block of a 352? i cant find the size in any book i have and only need 1 plug. i really don't want to use a ruber type.

I believe they are an 1 1/4". What freeze plug you trying to replace?

The correct size is 1 49/64.

That's funny, all the parts books say 1.75 O.D.

I just took the freeze plug in with me to the auto parts store and the guy matched it up.
