Adjusting a flip/up hood
Anyone know where i can get info on adjusting my flip up hood? I bought my 56 with this kit and the hood is too far forward and sits a little high to the fenders.
I thinks it's a MBW kit or something like that.

There are at least three different (popular) BMW style front flip kits out there and they each adjust a little differently. Post some pics in your gallery of your setup. Someone on here will know how to do yours.

he has the older (better version) made by johns F-fun hundred. there should be 2 rod ends that connect the hood to the front upper valance and you take the 2 bolts out and remove the hood and turn the rod ends in and rebolt and check fit.
