Ok how about the helix power tower
Has anyone used this in their 5.4/ or any engine, the helix power tower fits between the intake and throttle body and I dont know anyone who has tried this either, but just curious thanks for all your replies.

They are all scams. The idea would work under a carburator where fuel is mixed with the air, but since the fuel isn't introduced until just before the intake valve, swirling air in the intake will do nothing but lighten your wallet.
