04 left over or wait for 05 Expedition?
I was wondering what you guys think about the current 04 expedition with the 5.4 2v or wait and get the 3v 5.4 in the fall? I know rebates are at $4000 now and who knows what they will be when 05's hit the dealers. Can you order 05's now?? thanks for any info

Aside from the 3V 5.4L, what does the '05 offer? At what cost? If the vehicles are relatively comparable aside from the engine and there is a $4-$5K differential between the two, the answer should be simple. Alternatively, if you can buy an '05 for the same price as an '04, the answer should be equally as simple.
I'm not in the market, but if I buy another Expy, it will most certainly be post '05.

I would get the 05, the MSRP may go up a little (my guess $500) but the 5.4 3v is 300hp. There are a lot of people who spend more to get a 15% power increase. The rebates won't be as good on the 05's till the 04's are gone. I think you could buy an 05 for invoice price with 0% in January.
