2020 Explorer Transmission Issues

My transmission failed at 63,000 miles. The warranty expired at 60,000. I purchased the vehicle, which had been a program car, with 3900 miles. Most dealers indicate my warranty should have started the day I drove it off the lot. My dealer suggested that was not the case. My dealer also told me they would not have a transmission technician who could service my car for weeks. After the transmission was replaced at another location, a representative from the dealer reassured me that he would work with me to get some type of compensation for my expenses. Who would expect a transmission to fail at 63,000 miles? After months of communication, the representative simply stopped responding to my phone calls or emails. Recently, Ford issued a recall for the transmission control assembly. My research suggests that issues with this part can result in transmission failure. I submitted a claim, it was denied because the "part" on my invoice is the transmission, not just one part of the transmission that is covered in the recall. When I called for explanation, I was simply told to hold onto my receipts. There are many others in my same situation and they have all been denied. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
